Finally I was able to get my leave approved!
I have been planning and changing my dates since I need to book my flight the soonest possible as it is very difficult to get a seat on December. I have confirmed my dates to my friend (sorry for the hassle) and the other day I got my e-ticket and I paid it last month. Although I have not spoken to my mentor (she is my boss) yet, I am confident that she will allow me. So this morning, I gather myself, walk to her desk and handed her my leave application. I told her that I altered my dates and alas! she approve it without hesitation.... Thanks to God! I am so overwhelmed. I can now start planning and scribbling the things to do, bring, people to meet and etc...
I am so consumed by the thought that I will be seeing Philippines after so long. There is just no other place than home. I can't contain the happiness! yyyeeeeyyyyyy
In my country, we start counting down for Christmas as early as September... I will be doing the same..but don't want to be very obvious with my roommates (@home). be calm and my motto now is to be frugal at all times!
